Job Description

To provide clerical and administrative support to the International Sales and Domestic Sales team in addition to responding to all customer inquiries either electronic, written, or in person as directed by Sales Managers.


What will I be doing?
As a Administrative Assistant International Sales you would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
  • As the liaison between internal and external customers this position is responsible for all administrative functions such as maintaining and updating the daily Sales Executives rotation schedule,RTO update
  • Assisting in Sales Gallery functions with tour guests and owner kits
  • Generating accurate reports, maintaining various files and sales materials
  • Assist with additional projects as requested by Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and any other stakeholders that have a direct connection to customers for the International and Domestic Sales Markets

  • 1+ year of Sales experience in a customer service position within either a timeshare company or hotel
  • 2+ years of clerical and/or office work experience
  • Ability to interact and communicate successfully with all levels of customers/guests
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Ability to read, write and speak in both English and Japanese languages fluently
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

3+ years of clerical and/or office work experience

  • 3+ years of Sales experience in timeshare
  • Proven ability to resolve customer service related issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to read, write and speak in both English and Japanese languages fluently
  • Flexible work schedule
